(1)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-012) to the new O-rings (2) and install them on the drain line ends.
NOTE : Refer to the relevant (Ref. AIPC 383101), (Ref. AIPC 383102),
____ (Ref. AIPC 383103), (Ref. AIPC 383104) for information of expendable parts.
(5) Install the clamshells (4) over the drain lines before you put the drain lines in position.

(a) Put the drain lines (1) in position.

Put the clamp assemblies (7) and the spacers (8) in position.

Install the washers (6), the bolts (5) and the nuts (9) but do not tighten them at this time.

Put the clamps (10) in position.

Install the bolts (5), the spacers (8), the washers (6) and the nuts (9).

Install the new O-rings (2) on the pipes (1).

Move the sleeve (3) back over the O-rings (2).
