A. Installation of the Quantity Transmitter 3MA
(1)
Install a new packing (2) on the transmitter.
(2)
Remove the blanking plug from the potable water tank (6).
(3)
Install the quantity transmitter (1) into the potable water tank.
(4)
Install the washers (3) and the nuts (4).
(5)
Remove the blanking caps.
(6) Connect the electrical connector (5) to the quantity transmitter (1). R **ON A/C 151-199, 301-399, 401-499,

A. Installation of the Quantity Transmitter 3MA
(1)
Install a new packing (2) on the transmitter.
(2)
Remove the blanking plug from the potable water tank.
(3)
Install the quantity transmitter (1) into the potable water tank.
(4)
Install the washers (3) and the nuts (4).
(5)
Turn the potable water tank into position.
(6)
Remove the blanking caps.
(7)
Connect all the connections and the attachment clamps (Ref. TASK 38-11-41-400-002).
(8)
Connect the electrical connector (5) to the quantity transmitter (1).

B. Preparation for Test
(1)
Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(2)
Fill and service the potable water tank (Ref. TASK 12-15-38-613-001).
(3)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(4)
Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(5) Examine the water tank for leaks, leaks are not permitted.
