(1) Put a container in position below the relacement pilot valve to collect hydraulic fluid.

(a) Put the warning notices in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead
panel, - on the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
R (3) FOR 2150GP
(a) Put the warning notices in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead
panel, - on the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.

(a) Put the warning notices in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead
panel, - on the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.

A. Removal of the Pilot Valve
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (6).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connector (6) and on the receptacle.
(3)
Cut and remove the lockwire (8).

Hold the pilot valve (3) and remove the two bolts (1), the washer (2)
and the bonding tin (7).
(5)
Remove the pilot valve (3).
(6)
Remove the packings (4).
(7)
Discard the packings.
(8)
Install blanking plugs in the open ports.
