_______ BLUE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. WHEN YOU PRESSURIZE THE BLUE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, THE RAT CAN TURN AT MORE THAN 5000 RPM.
NOTE : Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is serviceable.

NOTE : The operation of the Blue electric pump is necessary to pre-charge
____ the Blue hydraulic system accumulator for the spin-up and governing test.
NOTE : Look at the temperature gage of the FLOW CONTROL TEST KIT - RAT
____ during the test.The test values may out of tolerance if the temperature increases over 60 deg.C (140.00 deg.F). If so, stop the test and let the temperature decrease. Repeat the test.
