C. Test of the Outlet Non-Return Valve
NOTE : Do a leak test on the outlet non-return valve (2) with the air
____ pressure supplied from both a ground supply and the low pressure air bleed. Do the test at the same time as the pressure is supplied.
(1)
Start the aircraft APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-005).
(2)
Make sure that the bleed air supply from the APU is set to supply the reservoir pressurizing system (Ref. TASK 36-12-00-710-001).
(3)
Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-004) to the these connections:
-The line (1) and the outlet non-return valve (2),
-the reservoir pressurization unit (3) and the outlet non-return valve (2).
(4)
Make sure that there is no leak.
(5)
Stop the operation of the aircraft APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-006).
(6)
Pressurize the reservoirs of the Green, Blue and Yellow hydraulic systems (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(7)
Examine these connections and make sure that there is no leak:
-The line (1) and the outlet non-return valve (2),
-the reservoir pressurization unit (3) and the outlet non-return valve (2).

5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Remove the container.
(3)
Remove the warning notices from the cockpit and the ground service panels.
(4)
Close the access panel 195BB.

(1)
Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized and put them in the maintenance configuration. (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2)
Depressurize the reservoirs of the Green, Blue and Yellow hydraulic systems (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3)
Put a container below the water separator.
