Make sure that the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized. (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

Make sure that the applicable passenger seats are removed to gain access to the floor panel 241LF (Ref. TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
(e)
Make sure that the floor panel 241LF is removed (Ref. TASK 53-32-12-000-002).
(f)
Make sure that the blanking plugs are installed.

A. Installation of the Reservoir Pressure Check Valves CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN
_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU USE THE SECOND WRENCH, YOU WILL NOT LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs.
(4)
Make sure that the air bleed pipe end fitting is serviceable.
(5)
Apply HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the O-ring (1).
(6)
Put the O-ring (1) in position on the check valve (2).
(7)
Install the check valve (2).
(8)
TORQUE the check valves (2) as follows:
(a)
Check valve (2388GM) to between 1.21 and 1.32 m.daN (107.07 and
116.81 lbf.in),
(b)
Check valve (1388GM) and (3388GM) to between 1.08 and 1.19 m.daN
(95.57 and 105.30 lbf.in).
(9)
Connect the union nut (3) to the check valve (2).
(10)
TORQUE the union nut (3) of the air bleed pipe to between 2.0 and 2.3
m.daN (14.74 and 16.96 lbf.ft).
(11)
Safety the check valve (2) (only (1388GM), (3388GM)) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

B. Leak Test
(1)
Pressurize the related hydraulic reservoir(s) (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2)
Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-004) to the connections of the check valve (2).
(3)
Examine the connections for leaks.

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.

Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)

(a)
Remove the warning notices from the cockpit and from the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
(b)
Install the floor panel 241LF (Ref. TASK 53-32-12-400-002).
(c)
Install the applicable passenger seats (Ref. TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(3)
For 2388GM
(a)
Remove the warning notices from the cockpit and from the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.
(b)
Install the ceiling panel 151AC (Ref. TASK 25-55-11-400-002).
(4)
For 3388GM
(a)
Remove the warning notices from the cockpit and from the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.
(b)
Install the floor panel 241LF (Ref. TASK 53-32-12-400-002).
(c)
Install the applicable passenger seats. (Ref. TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
