R  (11) Disconnect the flexible hose and put it into its position in the

 A. Get Access
 (1)
 Remove the access panel 197BB.

 (2)
 Put the access platform in position below the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.

 B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1)
 Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-910-002).

 (2)
 Put the warning notice in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic systems:

 -in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel.

 (3)
 Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized and put them in the maintenance configuration. (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

 (4)
 Depressurize the reservoirs of the Green ,Yellow and Blue hydraulic systems (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

 (5)
 Put the container below the hydraulic connections to collect the hydraulic fluid.

 4. Procedure

 A. Removal of the Hand Pump CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN
_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU USE THE SECOND WRENCH, YOU WILL NOT LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.
 (1)
 Loosen the union nut (7) and remove the pipe from the adapter (8).

 (2)
 Put a blanking plug on the disconnected line end.

 (3)
 Remove the bolts (15) and the washers (16) from the bracket (17).

 (4)
 Remove the screws (4) and the washers (5).

 (5)
 Remove the bracket (17) from the ground service panel (6).

 (6)
 Hold the hand pump (3).

 (7)
 Remove the bolts (20) and the washers (19) from the bracket (18).

 (8)
 Pull the hand pump (3) out of the ground service panel (6).

 (9)
 Remove the adapter (8) and the O-ring (11). Discard the O-ring.

 Remove the plug (9) and the O-ring (10). Discard the O-ring.

 Remove the fill valve (1) and the O-ring (2). Discard the O-ring.

 Put blanking caps on the ports of the hand pump.
