Adjust the flow on the RAT - FLOW CONTROL TEST KIT to 60 l.min (15.8501 USgal.mn).
4.
Adjust the flow on the RAT - FLOW CONTROL TEST KIT to 0 l.min (0.0000 USgal.mn).
On the GCU:
-the SPEED (RPM) indicator displays 3900 - 250 + 400 RPM.
-a pressure of 1885 +/- 290 psi is displayed.
On the GCU:
-the SPEED (RPM) indicator displays 4600 RPM or more.
-a pressure of 2320 psi or more is displayed.

P. Removal of the Ground Support Equipment (Ref. Fig. 509/TASK 29-22-00-991-023, 510/TASK 29-22-00-991-024, 511/TASK 29-22-00-991-030)
(1)
If the GROUND - CHECKOUT UNIT, RAT is installed:
(a) Disconnect the GROUND - CHECKOUT UNIT, RAT from the RAT control panel.
(2)
If the FLOW CONTROL TEST KIT - RAT (HFK02) is installed:
(a) Disconnect the electrical connector of the FLOW CONTROL TEST KIT
-RAT from the RAT control panel.
(3)
Remove the PROTECTION EQUIPMENT - RAT.
(4)
Remove the CHECK - MOTOR GROUND, RAT as follows:
(a)
Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the hydraulic ground-power cart.
(b)
Remove the bolts (3), the washers (2) and the CHECK - MOTOR GROUND, RAT (4)
(c)
Install the cover plate (1), the washers (2) and the bolts (3).
(d)
TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 86 and 95 lbf.in (0.97 and 1.07 m.daN)
(5)
Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the ground connectors of the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system and remove the FLOW CONTROL TEST KIT - RAT.
(6)
Install the hydraulic caps to the ground connectors. Subtask 29-22-00-210-082

Inspection of the RAT after the Functional Test
(1) Examine the RAT and make sure that:
