WARNING : OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.

(1)
Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2)
Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3)
Depressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system. (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4)
Put a container below the manifold 3146GM to collect unwanted fluid.
(5)
Disconnect the isolation coupling of the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
4. Procedure

A. Removal of the Ground Leakage- Measurement Manifold 3146GM CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN
_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU USE THE SECOND WRENCH, YOU WILL NOT LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.
(1)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (3) and disconnect the pipe (2) from the union (4).
(2)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (11) and disconnect the pipe (10) from the union (12).
(3)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (7) and disconnect the pipe (6) from the union (8).
(4)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (17) and disconnect the pipe (16) from the union (18).
(5)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (21) and disconnect the pipe (20) from the union (22).
(6)
Hold the manifold (1) and remove the bolts (14),(24) and the washers (15).
(7)
Remove the manifold (1).
(8)
Install blanking plugs in all pipe connections and on the unions.
