g. PACIFIC, AUSTRALASIA AND ANTARCTICA

(1)
ENROUTE CHARTS - These charts portray the airway system and related data required for IFR operations at Flight Levels as designated in the area for this route structure. Twenty variable scale charts, printed on ten sheets provide information required for flight in this area. Also included are the India/Burma Inset and blow-ups for New Caledonia, Isla De Pascua, Guam, Honolulu, McMurdo, Nadi and Pago Pago. Chart 1 represents a large scale depiction of the Pacific route system. Charts 19 represents a Special Operations Chart of Antarctica. Supporting charts A-1 and A-2 contain blow-ups of 15 terminal areas. Publication cycle is every 8 weeks.


A-1 - Bangkok, Delhi, Hong Kong, Karachi, Seoul/Osan, Singapore and Tokyo.

A-2 - Auckland, Brisbane, Darwin, Manila, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

ENROUTE SUPPLEMENT - This supplement contains Airport/Facility Directory, Special Notices and Procedures required to support the Enroute and Area Charts. Publication is every 16 weeks, (and a Enroute Change Notice (ECN) as above).

TERMINAL HIGH AND LOW ALTITUDE - Three bound booklets contain Instrument Approach Procedures, Airport Diagrams, Standard Instrument Departures, Radar Instrument Approach Minimums and Standard Terminal Arrivals (STARs) for Hawaii. Volumes are divided geographically. Crosshatching displayed along the entire top and bottom borders of Approach or Departure Charts denotes High Altitude Procedures. Crosshatching displayed along the upper left half of the top border and the lower right half of the bottom border of Approach or Departure Charts denotes High and Low Altitude Procedures. Low Altitude Approach or Departure Charts will not display crosshatching. Publication cycle is every 24 weeks. A Terminal Change Notice (TCN) is published at the 8 week point and a cumulative TCN at the 16 week point and contains revisions, additions and deletions to the last complete issue.

VFR ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE ROUTES KOREA - A bound booklet designed to satisfy DoD requirements for


established VFR arrival and departure routings. Publication cycle is every 16 weeks.
h. EASTERN EUROPE AND ASIA
(1)
ENROUTE CHARTS - Twenty six variable scale charts, printed on 13 sheets, portray the airway system and related data for IFR operations at all altitudes. Publication cycle is every 8 weeks.

ENROUTE SUPPLEMENT/TERMINAL (HIGH/LOW) -This book contains an alphabetical Airport/Facility, Special Notices and Procedures required to support the Enroute Charts. Also contained in the book are Instrument Approach Procedures, Standard Terminal Arrivals, Standard Instrument Departures, Airport Diagrams and Radar Instrument Approach Minimums. Crosshatching displayed along the entire top and bottom borders of Approach or Departure Charts denotes High and Low Altitude Procedures. Low Altitude Approach or Departure Charts will not display crosshatching. Publication cycle is every 16 weeks. An Enroute Change Notice/Terminal Change Notice (ECN/TCN) is published at the 8 week mid-point and contains revisions, additions, and deletions to the last complete issue of the Enroute Charts and Supplement/Terminal (High/Low) publication.

 


3-5 FOREIGN CLEARANCE GUIDE - The DoD
Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG) is the official publication for disseminating DoD worldwide foreign clearance requirements and information on personnel travel; aircraft movements to, from
and between foreign areas. The FCG is composed of a General Information Booklet, four Regional Booklets, and a Classified Supplement. The primary method of dissemination of the FCG is via the internet at www.fcg.pentagon.mil on the NIPRNet (.mil/.gov domain restricted), and www.fcg.pentaton.smil.mil on the SIPRNet. However the FCG is also published in hard copy. The publication schedule is as follows:
a. General Information Booklet - Issued annually.
b.
Four Regional Booklets - One Regional Booklet published per month (Each regional Booklet is published on a four month cycle).
