All requirement requests for corrections, new products or publication of new types of FLIP data will be sent to NAVFIG in accordance with NAVAIR 00-80T-114, APPENDIX Q, NATOPS Air Traffic Control Facilities Manual. Completed form may be submitted via Fax, E-mail or mail. Fax or E-mail forms must be followed with signed original form via mail. If you do not have access to the 00-80T-114, E-mail the AI Specialist and request the form APPENDIX Q. Calls to the Flt Proc Specialists should be kept to a minimum. The AI Specialist is responsible for maintenance of USN/USMC FLIP information.
Additionally, Naval Flight Information Group will coordinate with NGA, FAA and NACO on any and all USN/USMC issues related to requested changes/maintenance/production.
(3) USA, ARNG, or Army Reserve
(a)
Military airspace (Special Use Airspace, Military Operations Area, Air Refueling Tracks/Anchors, IFR Low Level Routes, VFR Low Level Routes, and Slow Speed Routes): All changes for the United States (Federal Aviation Administration controlled airspace) will be submitted to the Army representative (DAAR) at the applicable Federal Aviation Administration region as described in AR 95-2.

Changes, corrections, and revisions to FLIP for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East will be submitted to:
