CUT-OFF DATES FOR NEW PROCEDURES OR MAJOR REVISIONS For new host country procedures, information must be received at NGA STL by close of business 41 days prior to effective date. For example, the cut-off for a 12 May publication would be close of business 1 April. For U.S. DoD developed procedures, information must be received at NGA STL by close of business 70 days prior to effective date. For example, the cut-off for a 22 Dec publication would be close of business 13 Oct.
