Put a warning notice on the panel 25VU to tell presons not to start the APU.
(2)
Energize the ground service network
(Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

(3) De-pressurize the hydraulic systems (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

Put the access platform in position below the APU compartment.
(2)
Open the maintenace door 314AR.
(3)
Open the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001)
(4)
Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the ON position.

A. Removal of the APU Fire Sensors NOTE : The procedure is the same for the APU fire sensors 21WG and 22WG.

(1)
Turn the screws (2) and open the dual clamps (3).
(2)
Keep the support bushes (1).
(3)
Disconnect the electrical connector 21WG(22WG)-A (9).
(4)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(5)
Remove the screws (4) and the washers (5).
(6)
Disconnect the fire/overheat detector 21WG(22WG) (6) with the sensing element.
(7)
Remove and discard the O-rings (7).
(8)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
