A. Remove the Fire Detection Unit (FDU):
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connectors (5) and (6) from the Fire Detection Unit (1).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the electrical connectors (5) and (6).
(3)
Remove the screws (2) and the washers (3).
(4)
Remove the fire detection unit (1).

A. Install the Fire Detection Unit (FDU):
(1)
Put the Fire Detection Unit (1) on its support (4).
(2)
Install the washers (3), the screws (2) and tighten them.
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (5) and (6).
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
