(a)
Put the blade of a straight-slot screwdriver into the latch slot (1).
(b)
Move the screwdriver handle to the side to turn the latch (1) to the open position.

(3) Install the load-test-adapter-tool for the latch on the pressure relief door.

Remove the two latch mounting bolts (3) that are nearest to the edge of the pressure relief door.
