Do the activation procedure for the thrust reversers (AMM 78-31-00/201).

CAUTION: SUPPLY BOOST PUMP PRESSURE TO THE FUEL PUMP INLET WHEN YOU
_______ FERRY THE ENGINE WITH THE N2 ROTOR FREE TO TURN. THE FUEL PUMP IS LUBRICATED WITH THE FUEL. DAMAGE TO THE FUEL PUMP CAN OCCUR IF YOU DO NOT SUPPLY BOOST PUMP PRESSURE.
(20) Supply boost pump pressure to the fuel pump inlet.
(a)
Make sure the FUEL CONTROL switch is in the CUTOFF position.
(b)
On the pilots' overhead panel, P5, make sure that the applicable MAIN AFT and FWD switches for the fuel are in the ON position.
(c)
For the applicable engine, open these circuit breakers and install the circuit breaker collars: 1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6L10 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 1
b) 6L11 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 2
c) 6L12 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 3
d) 6L13 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 4
(d)
Put the FUEL CONTROL switch to the RUN position.
(e)
Make sure that the ENG 1, 2, 3, or 4 FUEL VLV display shows on the EICAS.
(f)
For the applicable engine, open these circuit breakers and install the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags: 1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6G1 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 1

(g)
Put the FUEL CONTROL switch to the CUTOFF position.
(h)
Make sure that the FUEL SPAR VLV 1, 2, 3, or 4 display shows on the EICAS.
(i)
Remove the ENG (1, 2, 3, or 4) FUEL VLV EICAS display: 1) Access the CMCS PRESENT LEG FAULTS menu (AMM 45-10-00/201). 2) Find the ENG (1, 2, 3, or 4) FUEL VLV display. 3) Show the display for this fault. 4) Push the line select key adjacent to the ERASE prompt.

(21) Do the Spare Engine Inspection.
(a)
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
(b)
Do a cycle of these circuit breakers to the open position and then the closed position: 1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
a) 7C1 FMCS FMC L b) 7C23 FMCS FMC R
(c)
Show the PERF INIT page on the CDU: 1) Push the INIT/REF key. 2) Push the line select key (LSK) adjacent to the <INDEX
prompt to show the INIT/REF INDEX page.
(d)
Make sure the line adajcent to the LSK 4R is empty space.
