Remove the caps from the hydraulic pressure line (32) and the mating connector.
(d)
Connect the hydraulic pressure line (32) to the connector.
1) Tighten the coupling.
(e)
Remove the caps from the hydraulic supply line (33) and the
mating connector.
NOTE: A small quantity of the hydraulic fluid can come out
____
when you remove the caps.
(f) Connect the hydraulic supply line (33) to the connector.
1) Tighten the coupling.

(14) Connect the main supply hose (35) of the engine fuel with the steps that follow (Fig. 407, view J):
(a)
Remove the caps from the main supply hose (35) and the mating connector on the raceway.
(b)
Make sure the retainer ring (41) is in the coupling.
(c)
Lubricate the packing (40) with the petrolatum.
(d)
Install the packing in the inner diameter groove of the raceway connector.
CAUTION:_______DO NOT USE THE TOOLS TO TIGHTEN THE COUPLING. IF YOU TIGHTEN THE COUPLING TOO MUCH, IT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE COUPLING.
(e)
Connect the main supply hose (35) to the raceway connector.
1) Tighten the coupling with your hand.
2) Make sure the coupling teeth are locked with the raceway
connector teeth.
(f)
Move the spray shield on the main supply line (35).
1) Install the lockwire to the spray shield.

Examine the fuel system for leaks with the steps that follow:
(a)
Make sure the fire switch handle is pushed in.
(b)
For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker: 1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
(c)
Put the applicable engine FUEL CONTROL switch on the control stand to the RUN position.
(d)
Push the BOOST PUMP switches on the pilot's overhead panel, P5, to the ON position.
(e)
Examine the engine fuel system for leaks.
(f)
Push the BOOST PUMP switches to the OFF position.
(g)
Put the FUEL CONTROL switch to the CUTOFF position. 1) Attach the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag.
(h)
For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker: 1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
a) 6G1 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 1
b) 6G2 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 2
c) 6G3 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 3
