(3) S 424-011-N00Align the door with the holes for the roll pins in the hinge assemblies.
(4) S 434-012-N00Install the roll pins on the inner side of the door with a drift punch. (a) Make sure the roll pins make the smooth surface with the outer surface of the cowl.
(5) S 644-013-N00Apply the grease to the bolts that attach the hinge assemblies to the door.
(6) S 434-014-N00Install the bolts, the nuts, and the washers that attach the hinge assemblies to the door.
(7) S 824-015-N00Adjust the latches and the hinges on the door (AMM 71-11-08/501).
(8) S 414-016-N00Close the door.
(9) S 444-017-N00Do the activation procedure for the thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).

COWL PANEL PRESSURE RELIEF DOORS - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

1. General
_______
A. There are two tasks in this procedure. The first task is used to do a latch test for the pressure relief doors. Ths second task is used to do an adjustment of the aerodynamic smoothness for the pressure relief doors.
(1)
The latch test is used to make sure the latches release at the correct pressure. To do this test, you apply a load to the latches.
(2)
The adjustment of the aerodynamic smoothness is used to make sure the pressure relief door is in the correct tolerances.
