(2)  S 014-008-C00Open the right fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-02/201).
 (3)  S 034-009-C00Disconnect the electrical connector from the oil quantity transmitter.
 (4)  S 034-062-C00Remove the bolts (4 locations) that attach the oil quantity transmitter to the oil tank.

 WARNING: DO NOT REMOVE THE TRANSMITTER UNTIL THE OIL TANK PRESSURE
_______ DECREASES (5 MINUTES MINIMUM). DO NOT LET THE ENGINE OIL STAY ON YOUR SKIN. IF THE ENGINE OIL STAYS ON YOUR SKIN, INJURY CAN OCCUR.
 BE CAREFUL AROUND THE ENGINE OIL SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER ENGINE SHUT-DOWN. THE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE STAYS HIGH FOR SOME TIME AFTER THE ENGINE SHUT-DOWN AND CAN CAUSE INJURY.
 CAUTION: IMMEDIATELY CLEAN OFF ALL ENGINE OIL THAT FALLS ON THE PAINTED
_______ SURFACES AND RUBBER PARTS OF THE AIRPLANE. THE SPECIFIED OIL FOR THIS OIL SYSTEM WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PAINTED SURFACES AND SOME TYPES OF RUBBER AND MUST NOT BE PERMITTED TO TOUCH THESE PARTS OF THE ENGINE.
 USE VERY CLEAN CONTAINERS AND EQUIPMENT. OIL CONTAMINATION BY SMALL QUANTITIES OF SOME ALKALINE CLEANERS CAN CAUSE A FAILURE OF THE SYNTHETIC OIL.
 DO NOT PUT THE OIL THAT IS DRAINED FROM THE ENGINE BACK INTO THE ENGINE.
 (5) Lift the oil quantity transmitter from the tank.
 (a) Discard the O-ring.

 S 034-014-C00
 (1)  
Remove the dust cap from the transmitter boss on the oil tank.

 S 434-015-C00

 (2)  
Use a new O-ring lubricated with engine oil to install the oil quantity transmitter.

 S 424-016-C00

 (3)  
Install the oil quantity transmitter in the boss in the oil tank with the bolts (4 locations).


 (a)  Safety the bolts with a lockwire.

 (4)  Attach the electrical connector to the oil quantity transmitter.
 (a)  Safety the connector with a lockwire.

 b)  AIRPLANES WITH THE ENGINE INSTRUMENT SYSTEM (EIS);
