1) ENGINES WITH CFMI SB 72-444; Remove the ground strap with the bolt cup attached.

(9) Disconnect the retainers for the forward and aft mount bushings:

Remove the two bolts from each retainer.
(b)
Disconnect the retainers.

Remove the cotter pin, nut and bolt that attach the tank to the upper mount link.

Remove the tank.
(12)
Install caps in the open ends of the tubes and tank openings.

WARNING:_______DO NOT LET ENGINE OIL STAY ON YOUR SKIN. USE ENGINE OIL IN AREA WITH GOOD VENTILATION. ENGINE OIL IS POISONOUS AND CAN BE ABSORBED THROUGH YOUR SKIN. ENGINE OIL FUMES CAN IRRITATE YOUR RESPIRATORY TRACT.
CAUTION: DO NOT LET ALKALINE CLEANING FLUID GET INTO THE ENGINE OIL.
_______ VERY SMALL QUANTITIES OF THIS FLUID CAN CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
CAUTION: DO NOT LET HOT OIL GET ON THE ENGINE OR OTHER COMPONENTS.

Examine the gaskets you kept (AMM 70-30-01/201).
(a) Use the gaskets if they are in a good condition.

(3) If you replaced the tank, do the steps that follow:
(a) Install the forward and aft mount pins on the replacement tank. 1) Lubricate a new o-ring with engine oil. 2) Install the o-ring in the groove on the mount pin. 3) Install the mount pin in the tank. 4) Install four bolts, lightly lubricated with grease. 5) Tighten the bolts to 100-110 pound-inches
