C. If previously removed, install outboard support to sidewall extrusion.
D. Move windscreen into position engaging floor track feet in floor tracks and outboard support arm in guides on upper shelf.
E. Connect electrical wiring to windscreen.
F. Tighten nuts on track attachment studs and secure plate to windscreen feet with screws.
G. Install top attachment.
(1)
Open aft lowered ceiling access door.
(2)
Insert top attachment plate downward through hole in lowered ceiling panel and into slot in windscreen frame.
(3)
Secure top attachment plate to support bracket with bolts.
(4)
Close aft lowered ceiling access door.
H. Close circuit breakers.
I. Install equipment on or in windscreen as required.

AFT LEFT WINDSCREEN - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove Windscreen (Fig. 401)
A. Open the following circuit breakers on panel P18.

NO SMOKING
(2)
SEAT BELT
(3)
WORK AND THRESHOLD LIGHTS
B. Remove screws securing plates to windscreen feet in floor tracks.
C. Remove plate from each attachment.
D. Open aft lowered ceiling access door to gain access to bolts securing top attachment plate.
E. Support the windscreen, remove bolts through top attachment plate and pull plate upward through slot in lowered ceiling panel.
F. Disconnect electric wiring from windscreen.
G. Close aft lowered ceiling access door.
H. Lift windscreen, moving bottom of windscreen forward or aft slightly to free feet from floor track. Slide windscreen inboard and remove.
I. If necessary, remove feet from windscreen by removing fasteners attaching each foot to windscreen partition.
J. If required, remove screws from outboard support and remove clamp and support arm. Reinstall screws to prevent loss of parts.
2. Install Windscreen (Fig. 401)
A. If previously removed, locate clamp in place on sidewall outlet and install screws clamping support arm in place.
B. If previously removed, secure windscreen feet to windscreen partition.
C. Move partition outboard to engage sidewall support.

D. Insert windscreen feet in floor tracks and move partition to installed position.
E. Place windscreen in its proper position.
F. Open aft lowered ceiling access door.
G. Insert top attachment plate downward through hole in lowered ceiling panel and into slot in windscreen support bracket.
H. Secure top attachment plate to support bracket with two bolts.
I. Connect electric wiring to windscreen.
J. Close aft lowered ceiling access door.
K. Secure plates to windscreen feet with screws.
L. Close the following circuit breakers on panel P18.

AFT RIGHT WINDSCREEN - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
A. This procedure applies to the aft windscreens. The aft right windscreen is shown, the aft left windscreen is opposite.
2. Prepare to Remove Windscreen
A. Remove electrical power (Ref 24-22-0, MP).
3. Remove Windscreen (Fig. 401)
A. Remove screws securing plates to windscreen feet in floor tracks and remove plates.
B. Remove pin securing windscreen to track fitting and remove fitting from track.
C. Disconnect bolts from tie-rods which secure windscreen to ceiling structure at inboard and outboard fittings.
D. Slide windscreen forward or aft to remove from floor tracks.
E. Disconnect airplane wiring to windscreen in ceiling.
F. Carefully remove windscreen from its location.
