between seat reference line and oxygen masks reference line is 21.5 inch (max) 10.5 inch (min).
Oxygen masks reference line must not fall forward of seat back in the fully reclined position (to distinguish a deployed oxygen mask for the occupant).
Seat reference line is taken from point where seat back contacts seat cushion.
Oxygen masks reference line is taken from center of the deployed oxygen masks.

PASSENGER CABIN PARTITIONS AND COMPARTMENTS - DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
1. General
A. Partitions are provided in the airplane to separate different classes of accommodation, provide protection from weather at the doorways, and to form closets and compartments as required. Where possible, advantage is taken of the floor tracks and overhead support structure for attachment purposes. For movable partitions, this permits adjustment in increments of 1 inch forward and aft.
B. The outer edges of the partitions and compartments are shaped to the sides of the fuselage and the inner edges are vertical at the aisle. The aisle may be closed at the class partition by a curtain. Partitions adjacent to seats are shaped at the bottom to give required foot room (Fig. 1).
