G.
When bridge assemblies are installed, tighten clamping bolt on inboard clamp of each bridge assembly.
H.
Install oxygen line clamp on air conditioning outlet extrusion.
NOTE: Clamp must be installed so that oxygen line is free to move but does not rub air conditioning outlet extrusion.
I. Check that there is no twisting, binding or kinking in PSU wire bundle and oxygen line when unit is in closed position. Check that cold air hose does not have kinks or excessive bending.
J. If necessary, relocate wire bundle, oxygen line, or cold air hose to new outlet along sidewall (Ref - Maintenance Practices).
K. Hold PSU supported by bridge assemblies in closed position and insert small screwdriver into hole near each upper corner of PSU. Rotate each latch one quarter turn to lock.
NOTE: Exercise care not to scratch surface of service unit around latch access holes.
L. With outboard edge of service unit resting on sidewall air outlet extrusion, tighten outboard bridge clamping bolts.
M. On service units supported by bridge assemblies, insert small screwdriver into hole near each upper corner of PSU and rotate each latch one quarter turn to release (Fig. 501).
N. Lower PSU until unit is supported by lanyard.
O. Raise adjacent spacer panels; then raise and latch service units in closed position (Ref -Maintenance Practices).

2. Adjust Gap between Service Unit and Overhead Stowage Compartment
A. Adjust PSU supported by bridge assembly.
(1)
Insert small screwdriver into hole near each upper corner of PSU and rotate each latch one quarter turn to release (Fig. 501).
NOTE: Exercise care not to scratch surface of PSU around latch access holes.
(2)
Lower PSU until unit is supported by lanyard.
(3)
Lower adjacent spacer panels.
(a)
On panels with screw-type attachments, remove attaching screw at each inboard corner of panel and lower panel.
(b)
On panels with spring pin-type attachments, squeeze open spring portion of pins, withdraw pins from bridge assembly and lower spacer panel.
(4)
Loosen two adjusting screws on each bridge assembly and outboard clamping bolts.
(5)
Move PSU inboard or outboard as necessary to provide a gap of 0.050 (±0.03) inch between PSU and overhead stowage compartment.
(6)
Hold PSU in position and tighten two adjusting screws on each bridge assembly.
(7)
Hold PSU in closed position and insert a small screwdriver into hole near each upper corner of PSU. Rotate each latch one quarter turn to lock.
NOTE: Exercise care not to scratch surface of PSU around latch access holes.
(8)
With outboard edge of PSU resting on sidewall air outlet extrusion, tighten outboard bridge clamping bolts.
