E. On ALL EXCEPT B-2504 and B-2505, install curtain and curtain track assembly.
(1)
Support curtain and curtain track assembly in position.
(2)
Install bolts attaching curtain track assembly to galley header.
F. Provide electrical power.
G. Check that GALLEY LIGHT circuit breaker on panel P18 is closed.
H. Check galley light assembly for proper illumination.
I. If no longer needed, remove electrical power from airplane.

AFT GALLEY HEADER ASSEMBLY - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. General
A. The aft galley header assembly is located between the-two aft galleys and is attached to each by a bracket at each end. The header assembly complete with curtain track and curtain forms the inboard side of the galley work area enclosure. The fluorescent galley light assembly is attached to the header assembly and may be removed before removal of the header assembly.
2. Remove Aft Galley Header Assembly
A. Open GALLEY LIGHTS circuit breaker on circuit breaker panel P18.
B. Disconnect electrical cable to fluorescent light assembly.
C. Remove curtain from curtain track.
D. If desired, remove galley fluorescent light assembly.

Remove lightshield attachment screws along inboard edge of underside of galley fluorescent light assembly. Remove lightshield from light assembly.
(2)
Remove fluorescent light bulbs from light assembly.
(3)
Disconnect galley light wires-at light assembly.
(4)
Support light assembly and remove screws, attaching it to galley header assembly. Remove light assembly.
E. Support header assembly and remove screws attaching header brackets to header and remove header to galleys at each end.
3. Install Aft Galley Header Assembly
A. Support header assembly in position between galleys and install screws securing brackets at each end of galleys.
B. If removed, install galley fluorescent light assembly.

Position galley fluorescent light assembly and install screws fastening it to header.
(2)
Connect galley light wires to terminals on light assembly.
(3)
Install fluorescent light bulbs in light assembly.
(4)
Install lightshield in place on light assembly and secure with screws along inboard edge of underside of light assembly.
C. Install curtain on curtain track.
D. Connect electrical cable to fluorescent light assembly.
E. Provide electrical power.
F. Check that GALLEY LIGHTS circuit breaker on panel P18 is closed and check galley light for proper illumination.
