J. On galleys with sealant floor seal, apply sealant fillet seal completely around exterior base of galley. (Use solvent for cleaning).
6. Restore Airplane to Normal
A. Install curtain track and header assembly (Ref 25-31-261).
B. Connect water connection above galley, pressurize water system and check for leaks (Ref 38-41-0, MP).
C. Provide electrical power (Ref 24-22-0, MP).
D. Close AFT GALLEY circuit breaker on panel P6.
E. Check galley for proper operation of electrical equipment.
F. If required, install life raft bustle on forward face of galley.
G. Remove electrical power if no longer needed (Ref 24-22-0, MP).
H. Install miscellaneous equipment on and/or in galley as required.

FORWARD GALLEY DECORATIVE PANEL - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove Decorative Panel
A. Remove forward galley header assembly. Refer to 25-31-251, Forward Galley Header Assembly.
B. Support panel and, from inside galley, remove screws securing panel to galley. (Screws engage threaded inserts embedded in thickness of decorative panels.) (See figure 401.)
C. Remove decorative panel.
2. Install Decorative Panel
A. Place decorative panel in position. (See figure 401.)
B. Support panel and install screws from inside galley.
C. Install forward galley header assembly. Refer to 25-31-251, Forward Galley Header Assembly.

AFT GALLEY DECORATIVE PANEL - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove Decorative Panel (See figure 401.)
A. Depressurize water system. Refer to Chapter 38, Passenger Water System.
B. Remove drinking fountain unit.
C. Remove galley header assembly. Refer to 25-31-261, Aft Galley Header Assembly.
D. Support panel and, from inside galley, remove screws securing panel to galley. (Screws engage threaded inserts embedded in thickness of decorative panels.)
2. Install Decorative Panel (See figure 401.)
A. Support panel in position and install screws from inside galley.
B. Install galley header assembly. Refer to 25-31-261, Aft Galley Header Assembly.
C. Install drinking fountain unit.
D. Pressurize water system. Refer to Chapter 38, Passenger Water System.
E. Check for water leaks at connections and for proper function of water fountain.

FORWARD GALLEY HEADER ASSEMBLY - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. Remove Forward Galley Header Assembly
A. Open FWD GALLEY circuit breaker on circuit breaker panel P18.
B. On ALL EXCEPT B-2504 and B-2505,
remove curtain and curtain track assembly (Fig. 401).
(1)
Support curtain track assembly and remove bolts attaching curtain track assembly to galley header.
(2)
Remove curtain track assembly complete with curtain.
C. Remove galley fluorescent light assembly.
(1)
Remove lightshield attachment screws along inboard edge of underside of galley fluorescent light assembly. Remove lightshield from light assembly.
(2)
Remove fluorescent light bulbs from light assembly.
(3)
Disconnect galley light wires at light assembly.
(4)
Support light assembly and remove screws attaching it to galley header assembly. Remove light assembly.
D. On ALL EXCEPT B-2504 and B-2505, support header assembly and remove screws fastening it to decorative panel on forward galley and to forward right windscreen. Remove header assembly. On B-2504 and B-2505, support galley header and remove screws attaching header and curtain track to cabin ceiling.
E. On cargo airplanes,
remove header and curtain track complete with curtain.
2. Install Forward Galley Header Assembly
A. On ALL EXCEPT B-2504 and B-2505, support header assembly in position and install screws and washers attaching it to decorative panel on forward galley and to forward right windscreen (Fig. 401).
NOTE: Trimmable flange on header must be trimmed so that it is approximately 1/2 inch from ceiling panel.
B. On cargo airplanes, support galley header, curtain and curtain track in position and install screws to secure header and curtain track to cabin ceiling.
