A. Installation of the Upper Rear Fairing
NOTE : Apply a witness line of finish paint EA4 Blue 5991 (Material No.
____ CP2245) on all nuts and connections when you have done the check of their torques.
(1) Set the upper rear fairing on the pylon and align the screw holes.
(2) Install the small screws and the nuts.
(3) TORQUE the nuts to between 30 and 40 lbf.in (0.33 and 0.45 m.daN)
(4) Install the other screws and the nuts.
(5) TORQUE nuts to between 35 and 45 lbf.in (0.39 and 0.50 m.daN)
(6) TORQUE the screws to between 35 and 45 lbf.in (0.39 and 0.50 m.daN)
(7) Cleaning

HIGH CONCENTRATIONS MAY CAUSE WEAKNESS, HEADACHE, NAUSEA, DIZZINESS AND IMPAIRED JUDGEMENT.
R (a) Clean the surface where the sealant will be applied with acetone R (Material No. CP1039) or stoddard solvent (Material No. CP2011) R or ardrox 552 (Material No. CP2559) or turco ind 79 (Material No. R CP2560) or mag-chem teksol (Material No. CP2566) or degreasol 99R R (Material No. CP2584) or mag-chem skysol (Material No. CP2656) or R isopropyl alcohol (Material No. CP1041) and dry with clean R compressed air.

(8) Apply PR1750 class B2 (Material No. CP2243) between the upper rear fairing and the hinge access bracket.
(9) Apply a bead PR1750 class B2 (Material No. CP2243) around the lower part of the rear fairing.
