(18) Install the clevis access door on the blocker door:

(a) Attach the clevis access door to the upper blocker door with the eight screws.

(b) TORQUE the screws to between 35 and 45 lbf.in (0.39 and 0.50 m.daN).
(19) Install the deploy-switch access door:
(Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 78-32-41-991-307)
(a) Attach the deploy-switch access door with the three screws.
(b) TORQUE the screws to between 35 and 45 lbf.in (0.39 and 0.50 m.daN).
(20) Stow the blocker door:
CAUTION : BLOCKER DOOR LATCH MUST BE OPENED WHEN YOU CLOSE THE

(a) Manually move the blocker door to the closed position (Ref. TASK 78-32-41-860-002).

(a) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.

(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

A. Removal of the latch Fitting and Latch Back Plate
(1) Manually move the blocker door to the open position (Ref. TASK 78-32-41-860-001).
(2) Install the SAFETY SLEEVE - PIVOTING DOOR ACTUATOR (HIX3005) on the blocker door (Ref. TASK 78-32-41-480-001).
(3) Remove bolts, washers and nuts which attach the latch fitting.
(4) Remove the latch fitting.
(5) Remove the roller:
(a) Remove and discard the cotter pin.
