(2) Remove the access door of the hydraulic actuator clevis:
(Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 78-32-41-991-304)
(a) Remove the eight screws which attach the access door to the blocker door.
(b) Remove the access door from the blocker door.
(3) Remove the hydraulic actuator clevis from the blocker door:
(Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 78-32-41-991-304)
(a) Remove the four bolts and washers which attach the clevis on the blocker door.
(b) Remove the clevis.
(4) Remove the deploy switch access door:
(Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 78-32-41-991-307)
(a) Remove the three screws.
(b) Remove the access door.
(5) Remove the upper blocker door: CAUTION : HOLD ACTUATOR ROD WHEN YOU MANUALLY DEPLOY BLOCKER DOOR TO

AVOID DAMAGE TO MATERIAL.
(a) Manually open the upper blocker door with the hydraulic actuator locked (Ref. TASK 78-32-41-860-001).
(b) Install HANDLING BRACKET - PIVOTING DOOR (HIX1003) as follows: (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 78-32-41-991-309)
1 Install the handling sling on the blocker door where the

actuator clevis was removed.
2 Tighten the knurled knob to attach the sling.

(c) Keep the blocker door in position with a crane.
(d) Remove the screws which attach the pivot access doors. (Ref. Fig. 406/TASK 78-32-41-991-310)
(e) Remove the two pivot access doors from the blocker door.
(f) Remove the bolts and contact finger.

(h) Remove the castellated nuts and washers.
(i) Remove two pivot bolts: WARNING : KEEP THE BLOCKER DOOR IN THE OPEN POSITION IN ORDER NOT
_______ TO DAMAGE MATERIAL OR INJURE PERSONNEL.
1 Remove two blocker door pivot bolts with a soft copper drift.

2 Remove the blocker door.

(j) Remove the HANDLING BRACKET - PIVOTING DOOR (HIX1003) as follows: (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 78-32-41-991-309)
1 Loosen the knurled knob.

2 Remove the blocker door handling sling.
