(12) Put the upper cooling jacket (60) or (65) in position on the cowl opening actuator (50).
(13) Put the lower cooling jacket (45) or (70) in position on the cowl opening actuator (50).
(14) Install the two clamps (40) that attach the cooling jackets.
(15) Put the flexible cooling hose (35) or (85) on the lower cooling jacket (45) or (70). Attach it with the clamp (25).
R (16) For the right hand cowl opening actuator only. Put the clamp (90) on R the flexible cooling hose (85).
(17) Put the other end of the flexible cooling hose (35) or (85) on the inlet scoop (30) or (75). Attach it with the clamp (25).
(18) TORQUE the clamp (25) to between 10 and 25 lbf.in (0.11 and 0.28 m.daN).
R (19) For the right hand cowl opening actuator only. Put the stud clip (95) R in the hole on the clamp (90) and install the nut (80).
(20) TORQUE the nut (80) to between 22.127 and 26.553 lbf.in (0.25 and
0.30 m.daN).

A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
