(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

A. Installation of the Filter Clogging Indicator
(1) Lubricate the new preformed packings (200) and (205) with thrust reverser hydraulic fluid (Material No. CP2212).
(2) Put the packing (200) on the clogging indicator (195).
(3) Put the packing (205) on the clogging indicator (195).
(4) Use the SOCKET (CH1540-0276) or SOCKET (M46104) and install the clogging indicator (195) in the clogging indicator port of the HCU (20).
(5) TORQUE the clogging indicator (195) to between 132.72 and 150.36 lbf.in (1.49 and 1.69 m.daN).
(6) Install the glass bowl (190) and the retaining ring (185) on the clogging indicator (195).

(7) Safety the retaining ring (185) with lockwire (Material No. CP8001) or lockwire (Material No. CP8002).

A. If hydraulic fluid has come in contact with any titanium part, clean the part as follows:
(1) Wipe off the affected area with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.

USE THESE PRODUCTS IN AN AREA OPENED TO THE AIR AND WEAR PROTECTION GLOVES. THESE PRODUCTS ARE FLAMMABLE AND VAPOR IS DANGEROUS. THEY MAY CAUSE IRRITATION OF EYES, NOSE, THROAT AND SKIN. HIGH CONCENTRATIONS MAY CAUSE WEAKNESS, HEADACHE, NAUSEA, DIZZINESS AND IMPAIRED JUDGEMENT.

(3) Dry the area with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.
