A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the access platform is in position.

4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Left or Right Inner Supply Pipe of the Door-Opening Actuator
(1) Remove the protective covers from the pipe ends.
(2) Put the inner supply pipe in position on the forward frame.
(3) Attach the inner supply pipe to the upper and lower brackets with the nuts.
(4) TORQUE the nuts to between 70 and 80 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.90 m.daN).
(5) Connect the supply pipe to both ends of the inner supply pipe.
(6) TORQUE the coupling nuts to between 130 and 150 lbf.in (1.46 and 1.69 m.daN).
(7) Attach the supply pipe to the forward frame with the clamps and bolts.
(8) TORQUE the bolts to between 70 and 80 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.90 m.daN). NOTE : Apply a witness line of finish paint EA4 blue 5991 (Material
____ No. CP2245) on all nuts and connections after they are torqued.
