A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the access platform is in position.

A. Installation of the Lock-Out Bolt Storage Bracket
(1) Apply a layer of blendexite RT342/2 (Material No. CP2318) on the mating surface of the storage bracket.
(2) Attach the storage bracket to the forward frame with the bolts and nuts.
(3) TORQUE the nuts to between 61 and 70 lbf.in (0.68 and 0.79 m.daN). NOTE : Apply a witness line of finish paint EA4 blue 5991 (Material
____ No. CP2245) on all nuts and connections after they are torqued.
