4. Procedure
_________
Subtask 78-37-51-420-050
A. Installation of the Thrust Reverser Hydraulic Isolation Valve
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 78-37-51-991-300)
(1) Put a protective cloth in the location where you will install the thrust reverser isolation valve. The hydraulic fluid will cause damage to the engine.
(2) Put the thermal isolation (155) between the spacers (27) and (26) in position on the support plate (5).
NOTE : You must install the shortest spacer (26) on isolation valve
____
side.
(3) Put the isolation valve (45) in position on the support plate (5) with the four bolts (35), washers (30) and spacers (25). Do not tighten the bolts.
(4) Install and connect the pressure supply tube (125) between the filter and the isolation valve (45).

(5) Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the isolation valve and filter.
(6) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(7) TORQUE the four bolts (35) to between 0.56 and 0.79 m.daN (49.55 and
69.91 lbf.in).
(8) Safety the bolts (35) with corrosion resistant steel lockwire 0.8 mm DIA.
(9) Remove the tube (125).
(10) Install the assembly support plate (5) with the isolation valve (45) in position below the pylon with the bolts (20) and (50) and washers (15). Do not tighten the bolts.
