 A. Deactivation of the Spoiler Elevator Computer (SEC)

 On the center pedestal, on one MCDU, push the MCDU MENU mode key.

 2.
 Push the line key adjacent to the CFDS indication.

 3.
 Push the line key adjacent to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST indication.

4.
 Push the line key adjacent to the F/CTL indication.

 5.
 Push the line key adjacent to the EFCS1(2) indication.

 6.
 Push the line key adjacent to the GROUND SCAN indication.

7.
 Push the line key adjacent to the START GROUND SCAN indication and wait for 2 minutes.

 8.
 Push the line key adjacent to the GROUND SCAN STOP indication.

 9.
 Push the line key adjacent to the GROUND REPORT indication.

The MCDU shows the MCDU MENU page.
The MCDU shows the CFDS MENU page.
The MCDU shows the SYSTEM REPORT/TESTpage.
The MCDU shows the F/CTL page.
The MCDU shows the EFCS1(2) page.
The MCDU shows the EFCS1(2) GROUND SCANpage.
Make sure that the MCDU shows no faultindications related to the:
 -ELACs, FACs, SFCCs, LGCIUs, RAs, ADIRS.
 -Side stick transducer units 1(4CE1), 2(4CE2), 3(4CE3) and 4(4CE4) related to the serviceable SEC(s) and the two ELACs.
