 elevators go back to the neutral
 position.
 - push the side stick forward  - the indexes of the left and right
 until it touches the stop.  elevators move down.
 - release the side stick.  - the indexes of the left and right
 elevators go back to the neutral
 position.
 19. On the F/O (CAPT) side:  On the lower ECAM display unit, on the
 - move the side stick to the  F/CTL page:
 right until it touches the  - the symbols for the elevators, the
 stop.  spoilers and the ailerons stay at
 neutral.
 - release the side stick.  On the panel 131VU (130VU), on the SIDE
 - move the side stick to the  STICK PRIORITY/CAPT (SIDE STICK
 left until it touches the  PRIORITY/F/O) annunciator light:
 stop.  - the green CAPT (F/O) legend comes on
 - release the side stick.  when you move the F/O (CAPT) side
 - move the side stick rearward  stick away from neutral
 until it touches the stop.  - the green CAPT (F/O) legend goes off
 - release the side stick.  when you move the F/O (CAPT) side
 - push the side stick forward  stick back to neutral.
 until it touches the stop.
 - release the the side stick.
 20. On the F/O (CAPT) lateral  On the panel 130VU (131VU):
 console, on the side stick:  - the red arrow of the SIDE STICK
 - push for 3 seconds and then  PRIORITY/F/O (SIDE STICK
 release the takeover and  PRIORITY/CAPT) annunciator light goes
 priority pushbutton switch.  off.
 21. On the CAPT (F/O) side:  On the lower ECAM display unit:
 - move the side stick to the  - the index of the right aileron moves
 right until it touches the  up, the index of the left aileron
 stop.  moves down.
 - the right spoilers 3 and 4 extend.

-release the FLT CTL/SEC 1 and FLT CTL/ELAC 1 pushbutton switches.
 23. On the overhead panel 24VU:
-push the FLT CTL/SEC 2, FLT CTL/ELAC 2 and FLT CTL/SEC 3 pushbutton switches.
 24. On the CAPT (F/O) lateral console on the side stick:
-push the takeover and priority pushbutton switch and hold for 30 seconds.
-
the indexes of the left and right ailerons move to the neutral position.

the right spoilers 3 and 4 retract.

-
the index of the left aileron movesup, the index of the right aileronmoves down.

 -
the left spoilers 3 and 4 extend.

-
the indexes of the left and right ailerons go back to the neutral position.

the left spoilers 3 and 4 retract.

the indexes of the left and rightelevators move up.

the indexes of the left and right elevators go back to the neutral position.

the indexes of the left and rightelevators move down.

the OFF legends come on.

 - release the side stick.  - the indexes of the left and right ailerons move to the neutral
