A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2)
Make sure that the access platform is in position at the access door
822.
(3)
Make sure that the access door 822 is open.
(4)
On the battery power center 105VU:
-make sure that the protective cover is removed.

A. Installation of the Pushbutton Switch (8CE1,8CE2)
(1)
Install the new O-ring (121) (121) in its housing.
(2)
If you install a new pushbutton switch, you must install a pin contact at the end of each wire.
(3)
Install the pushbutton switch (120).

Connect the cables of the pushbutton switch (120) to the electrical connectors (122) and (123) with the extraction/insertion tool P/N M81969/14.01 from the ELECTRICIAN SERVICE TOOL KIT (DMC519). (Ref. Fig. 409/TASK 27-92-41-991-009, 410/TASK 27-92-41-991-010)

Put the electrical connectors (122) and (123) in position.
(6)
Apply BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-013) on the threads of the screws (124).
(7)
Install the screws (124) and tighten them.
