A. Temperature Control
1. Removalof Duct Temperature Sensor
(a)
Gain access to duct temperature sensor under the floor on right hand side of fuselage, immediately aft of F.S. 57.00 forward pressure bulkhead.
(b)
Remove four screws securing sensor in position.
(c)
Remove sensor with gasket.
2. Installation of Duct Temperature Sensor
(a) Install new sensor and gasket. Secure with four screws.
3. Removal of Cabin Temperature Sensor and Controller
(a)
Gain access to cabin temperature sensor and controller. Remove screws and washers to secure unit in position. Pull unit out so electrical connector can be disconnected.
(b)
Remove cabin temperature and controller.
4. Installationof Cabin Temperature Sensor and Controller
(a)
Install new sensor and connect electrical connector.
(b)
Secure unit with washers and screws.

1. Removalof Water Separator
(a)
Disconnectwater line, inlet, and outlet air connections from water separator.
(b)
Removeclampssecuringwater separator.
(c)
Removewater separator.
2. Installationof Water Separator
(a)
Secure water separator to hoses with clamps. Torque 30 to 35 inch-pounds.
(b)
Connect water line to water separator.
3. Cleaning,Inspectionand Repairs of Water Separator
The coalescer cloth must be cleaned or replaced at 500 flight hours or less, except when operated in abnormally dustyor contaminating conditions.
(a)
Remove band and cover from water separator.
(b)
Remove coalescer cloth from inside water separator.
(c)
Wash coalescer cloth with warm water and mild detergent; rinse with clean water.
CAUTION: DO NOT WRING COALESCER CLOTH.
(d)
Replace coalescer cloth on inner housing with nap inside against the screen and rubber bands flatand firmly in place.
(e)
Installcover and band on water separator.

1. Inspection and Testing
Static discharging wicks must be inspected at each annual inspection for the following:
(a)
Generalappearanceand physical condition.
(b)
Securityof attachment to airframe.
(c)
Dischargepoints visible.
(d)
Resistance(1.0 to 100 megohms, 500 to 1,000 volt megohmmeter).
(e)
Base resistance to airframe (100 milliohms maximum).
