 (1)  
This test is used to do a leak check and power check on a new engine which is installed. This test is used for an engine that has not had a test in a test cell or on-wing after it was repaired. If the engine had a test in a test cell, use Test No. 10 - Replacement Engine Test (Pretested).

TEST NO. 11 - REPLACEMENT ENGINE TEST (UNTESTED)

 D.  Procedure
 S 865-020-N00
 (1) Make sure the engine ratings are the same for all four engines.
 (a)  
Put the ENG POWER switches on the EEC MAINT module on the P461 panel to the TEST position.

 (b)  
After 30 seconds, look for the EICAS messages for the engine you replaced.

 (c)  
Go to the EICAS Configuration Maintenance page (<31 CONFIG prompt) (AMM 45-10-00/201). 1) Make sure that the EPCS ratings are the same for all of the

 engines.

 (d)
Go to the CMCS Existing Faults menu (AMM 45-10-00/201).

 1)  Make a record of all the CMCS fault messages which are related to the engine.

 (e)  
Put the ENG POWER switches to the NORM position.

 (f)  
Do the necessary corrections for the applicable EICAS messages as it is necessary (FIM 71-EICAS MESSAGES).

 (g)  
Do the necessary corrections for the CMCS messages (FIM 71-CMCS MESSAGE INDEX) if it is necessary.

Open the fan cowl panels (AMM 71-11-04/201).
