Install a cap on the sense line port on the precooler.
(b)
Keep the sense line open.

On the main EICAS, make sure the left or right DUCT PRESS is at a minimum of 35.

Pull out the applicable START switch.

WARNING: USE A RATCHET WRENCH TO TURN THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE FOR THE
_______ PRV. THE PRV CAN QUICKLY OPEN WHEN YOU TURN THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE. IF YOU DO NOT USE A RATCHET-DRIVE WRENCH, THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE CAN PULL THE WRENCH OUT OF YOUR HANDS AND CAUSE INJURY TO YOU.
CAUTION: DO NOT TURN THE MANUAL OVERIDE DRIVE FOR THE PRSOV OR THE PRV
_______ MORE THAN 45 DEGREES. IF YOU TURN THE MANUAL OVERRIDE DRIVE MORE THAN 45 DEGREES, DAMAGE TO THE POSITION SWITCH CAN OCCUR.
(4) Manually turn the override drive shaft for the PRV with a 1/2-inch hex wrench, until the position indicator moves to the OPEN position (Fig. 502).
