If you pressurize the elevator feel computer, then you must connect static port adapters to the dedicated static ports.

If you disconnect the elevator feel computer, then do these steps:
(a)
Disconnect the auxiliary No. 1 and auxiliary No. 2 pitot lines from the elevator feel computer.
(b)
Seal the two lines with a cap.
(c)
Install the caps on the two pitot ports of the elevator feel computer.
G. Pitot-Static System Pressurization

WARNING: KEEP PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT CLEAR OF THE TRAILING EDGE FLAPS AND
_______ RUDDER. THE FLAPS AND RUDDER CAN MOVE DURING PRESSURIZATION OF THE STATIC SYSTEM WHICH COULD CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION: KEEP THE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE OF THE PITOT-STATIC SYSTEM
_______ BETWEEN 0 AND 10.19 INCHES OF MERCURY. YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEM WHEN THE PITOT LINE PRESSURE IS LESS THAN THE STATIC LINE PRESSURE.
(1) Operate the pneumatic test set and the control valves to apply the necessary pressure or vacuum to the pitot and static systems.
NOTE: Keep the rate of pitot pressure change less than 300
____ Knots/minute and static pressure change less than 5000 feet/minute.
NOTE: For pressures below ambient pressure, operate the pitot
____ vacuum source and control valve suffiently until pressure in the pitot system does not start to decrease until after the static systems have started to evacuate. The pitot system vacuum must be monitored continuously during the pump down.
NOTE: For the static pressures that cause the differential pressure
____ to become higher than 10.19 inches of mercury, apply a vacuum to the pitot system to keep the differential pressure to less than 10.19 inches of mercury.
NOTE: For the pressures above ambient pressure, operate the pitot
____ pressure source and control valve suffiently until the pressure in the pitot system starts to increase before the static system starts to pressurize.

(2) Open the pitot and static system cutoff valves and put the
pitot-static systems back to ambient pressure.
H. Put the airplane to its usual condition.

CAUTION: DO NOT DISCONNECT THE PNEUMATIC TEST SET WHEN THE PITOT-STATIC
_______ SYSTEM IS NOT AT AMBIENT PRESSURE. YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
(1) Remove the pneumatic test set from the dedicated static port test adapters:
(a)
Remove the test adapter from the left dedicated static.
(b)
Remove the test adapter from the right dedicated static pressure port.
NOTE: The removal of the test adapters is necessary only when
____ you install the test adapters.

(2) Remove the vinyl adhesive tape the from the alternate static pressure ports:
WARNING: FAILURE TO REMOVE BARRICADE TAPE AND VINYL ADHESIVE TAPE
_______ FROM STATIC PORTS BEFORE FLIGHT MAY CAUSE LARGE ERRORS IN AIRSPEED SENSING AND ALTITUDE SENSING SIGNALS, WHICH MAY LEAD TO LOSS OF SAFE FLIGHT.
