1. General_______
A. This subject contains one task. This task is an operational test of the altitude alert system. This task uses equipment that is on the airplane to do a test of the system's operation.

Push the STAT button, on the EICAS display select panel, to show the status page on the auxiliary EICAS display.

Set the parking brake.

WARNING: DO NOT SET THE FUEL CONTROL SWITCH TO RUN BEFORE YOU OPEN THE
_______ APPLICABLE CIRCUIT BREAKERS. FUEL IN THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER CAN CAUSE A FIRE AND INJURY TO PERSONS OR ENGINE DAMAGE.
(9) Open these circuit breakers for engine No. 1 and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) 6F1 IGN 1 ENG 1
2) 6K19 IGN 2 ENG 1
3) 6G19 STBY IGN ENG 1
4) 6L10 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 1
5) 6G1 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 1
