Subtask 57-60-00-210-054
R A. Detailed Visual Inspection of the Aileron Upper and Lower Skins, External Surface
R (1) Do an inspection of the external surface of the upper and lower skins of the aileron. Make sure that: - there is no damage - there is no delamination at the edges - there is no delamination of the skin - there are no cracks or scores - the surface protection is in the correct condition.
R R (2) If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 57600000) and/or the CMM (Ref. CMM 576121) for the correct repair procedure.
R R R R (3) Do an inspection of the filler between the leading edge and the upper and lower skins of the aileron. Make sure that: - there are no cracks in the filler - there is no missing filler.
R R (4) If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 576121 PB201) for the correct repair procedure.
R R NOTE : The filler repair procedure must be done at the next scheduled____ maintenance interval for the aircraft.
5. Close-up________

R A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 5CV, 7CV, 15CE1, 16CE1, 15CE2, 16CE2.

B. Removal of the Equipment
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Remove the PIN-SIDE STICK LOCKING from the CAPT and F/O side sticks.
(4)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(5)
Remove the safety barriers.

WARNING : USE SOLVENTS/CLEANING AGENTS, SEALANTS AND OTHER SPECIAL MATERIALS_______ ONLY WITH A GOOD SUPPLY OF AIR. OBEY THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. PUT ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.
