B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Extend the flaps fully (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-008).
(2)
Make sure that the LOCKING TOOL - FLAP/SLAT CONTROL LEVER is on the slat/flap control lever.

(1)
Put the access platform below the applicable wing trailing edge at flap track 4, zone 533 (633). (Ref. Fig. 622/TASK 57-53-00-991-024)
(2)
Remove the access panel 533AT (633AT) and the flap track 4 fairing 533CB (633CB) (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-000-001).
(3)
Remove the outboard flap leading edge panel 5 (Ref. TASK 27-54-62-000-003).
(4)
Remove and discard the cover from the RH inspection hole on the front spar.
(5)
Make sure that the inspection hole is clear of unwanted material.

(3) Remove and discard the cover(s) from the applicable inspection hole(s) on the front spar.
(4) Make sure that the applicable inspection hole is clear of unwanted material.
