R A. Removal of the Inboard and the Outboard Flap Tab Hinge-Fairings
R (1) Remove the inboard flap tab hinge-fairing at the hinge 1A position as
R follows:
R (Ref. Fig. 413/TASK 57-55-11-991-014-A)
R (a) Hold the front fairing (8) and remove the screws (9).
R (b) Lower and hold the front fairing (8) until the front fairing
R bonding strap (5) has been disconnected.
R (c) Remove the nut (6), the washer (7), the bolt (3), the washers (4)
R and disconnect the bonding strap (5).
R (d) Remove the front fairing (8).
R (e) Hold the rear fairing (1) and remove the screws (2).
R (f) Lower and hold the rear fairing (1) until the rear fairing
R bonding strap (5) has been disconnected.
R (g) Remove the nut (6), the washer (7), the bolt (3), the washers (4)
R and disconnect the bonding strap (5).
R (h) Remove the rear fairing (1).
R (2) Remove the inboard flap tab hinge-fairing at the hinge 1B position as
R follows:
R (Ref. Fig. 414/TASK 57-55-11-991-018)
R (a) Remove the caps (26) and (30) from the front fairing (29).
R (b) Remove the bolts (27) and (31) and the washers (28) and (32).
R (c) Carefully push the front fairing (29) forward until it disengages
R from the bolts (36).
R (d) Lower and hold the front fairing (29) until the front fairing
R bonding strap (39) is disconnected.
R (e) Remove the nut (37), the washer (38), the bolt (41), the washers
R (40) and disconnect the bonding strap (39).

R (f) Remove the front fairing (29).
R (g) Remove the caps (23) and (33) from the rear fairing (22).
R (h) Remove the bolts (24) and (34) and the washers (25) and (35).
R (i) Loosen the screws (21).
R (j) Carefully push the rear fairing (22) rearward until it disengages
R from the screws (21).
R (k) Lower and hold the rear fairing (22) until the rear fairing
R bonding strap (39) is disconnected.
R (l) Remove the nut (37), the washer (38), the bolt (41), the washers
R (40) and disconnect the bonding strap (39).
R (m) Remove the rear fairing (22).
R (3) Remove the outboard flap tab hinge-fairings at the hinge 3A, 3B and
R 3C positions as follows:
R (Ref. Fig. 415/TASK 57-55-11-991-017)
R (a) Hold the front fairing (61) and remove the screws (55).
R (b) Remove the front fairing (61).
R (c) Hold the rear fairing (53) and remove the screws (52) and (54).
R (d) Lower and hold the rear fairing (53) until the rear fairing
R bonding strap (66) can be disconnected.
R (e) Remove the nut (64), the washer (65), the bolt (68), the washers
R (67) and disconnect the bonding strap (66).
R (f) Remove the rear fairing (53).
