R  (1) Use a MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with CLEANING 
R  AGENTS (Material No. 11-026) to clean the component interface and/or 
R  the adjacent area. 
R  (2) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area. 
R  (3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are 
R  clean and in the correct condition. 
R  Subtask 57-55-11-420-078 
R  B. Installation of the Flap Track 2 Fairing Bracket and Link Assembly 
R  (1) Assemble the bracket and link assembly as follows: 
R  (a) Install the sleeve (2) into the bracket (1) and the link assembly 
R  (4). 
R  (b) Install the bolt (3), the washer (5) and the nut (6). 
R  (c) Torque the nut (6) to 0.5 m.daN (44.24 lbf.in). 
R  (d) Safety the nut (6) with a new cotter pin (7). 
R  NOTE : When you install the bracket and link assembly to the____ 
R  wing, make sure you do not move the bracket attachment 
R  bolts. 
R  (2) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-002) between the mating surfaces of 
R  the wing and the bracket and link assembly. 
R  (3) Carefully put the bracket and link assembly in position on the wing. 
R  (4) Install the nuts (8). 
R  (5) Torque the nuts (8) (Ref. TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
