R  (3) Lift the movable fairing:
R  WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______
R  DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
R  NOTE : The weight of the fairing is approximately 18Kg (40lb).____
R  (a) Align the control rod (45), with the flap lever and temporarily
R  install the bolt (41), the bush (42) and the nut (43).
R  (4) Install the bonding disc (7) and the bonding strap (6) with the bolt
R  (9) and the nut (5) onto the fixed fairing (1).
R  (5) Torque the nut (5) to between 3.5 and 4.5 m.daN (25.81 and 33.18
R  lbf.ft).
R  (6) Temporarily install the fixed fairing (1) with the bolts (2), (8) and
R  (12).
R  (7) Measure the dimension A, this must be between 7.5 mm (0.30 in.) and
R  9.5 mm (0.37 in.).
R  (8) If the dimension A is not correct, remove the bolts (2), (8) and (12)
R  and the fixed fairing (1), and continue as follows:
R  (a) Calculate the quantity of packer(s) (19) to get the dimension A
R  in limits.
R  (b) Install the packer(s) (19) on the nut plate assembly.
R  (c) Install the fixed fairing (1) with the bolts (2), (8) and (12).
R  (d) Measure the dimension A again.
R  (9) Align the movable fairing with the fixed fairing (1).
R  (10) Measure the dimension 'E', at both sides of the pivot. The dimension
R  must be between zero, +/- 1 mm (0.04 in.).
