Put the access platform in position below the applicable rib at zone 587(687).
(2)
Put the spark-proof lamp adjacent to the inspection area.
(3)
Remove and discard the cover from the inspection hole adjacent to each of the ribs to be inspected.
(4)
Make sure that the inspection hole is clear of unwanted material.

(1) Use a MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026) to clean the outboard double slotted flap, Rib 2, 9 and 12, LH/RH.

B. Inspection
(1) Do a special detailed internal inspection of rib 2, 9 and 12, in the outboard flap LH/RH. Refer to (Ref. NTM 575343 PART 9), for the inspection procedure.
NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 575300) for the
____ correct repair procedure. If the defect is not included in this repair, you must request a procedure from Airbus Industrie. ________
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Remove the spark-proof lamp from the inspection area.
(2)
Use BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-061A), cut to the correct dimensions, to make new covers for the inspection holes.
(3)
Install the new covers on the inspection holes.
(4)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 6CV, 8CV.
