A. Safety Precautions
(1)
Put the safety barriers in position.
(2)
Install the ground safety locks on the landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(3)
On the panel 400VU:
-make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position
-put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.
(4)
On the panel 110VU, make sure that the GRAVITY GEAR EXTN handle is folded into the center console.
(5)
Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic system.

(1) On the panel 110VU, turn the GRAVITY GEAR EXTN handle clockwise two complete turns to fully open the L/G doors.
NOTE : If the NLG doors do not fully open, manually help them to

Make sure that all the L/G doors are fully open.
(3)
Install the safety devices on the landing-gear Doors (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-002).

Use a non-metallic rod to carefully close the NLG and MLG uplock hooks.
(2)
On the panel 110VU, turn the GRAVITY GEAR EXTN handle clockwise one full turn.
(3)
Make sure that the NLG and MLG uplock hooks are fully opened. NOTE : If the NLG and MLG uplock hooks do not fully open, use the
