C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
On the panel 402VU, make sure that the LDG GEAR down and locked indicator lights are on (green).
(3)
Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(4)
On the ECAM CP, push (in) the WHEELS pushbutton switch (P/BSW).
(5)
On the ECAM lower DU, make sure that:
-
the door symbols show the closed position (green in-line)
-
the landing gear symbols show the down and locked position (green triangles).

D. Get Access
(1)
Open the NLG doors (Ref. TASK 32-22-00-010-001).
(2)
Make sure that a SAFETY PIN - NLG DOOR (98D32203502000) is installed in each NLG door.
(3)
Open the MLG doors (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(4)
Make sure that a GROUND LOCK SLEEVE (460005835) is on the applicable MLG door actuator.

Pressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-001).

Lock these handles in the CLOSE position:

the two MLG door ground-control-handles
-
the NLG door ground-opening handle.

(3) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

Install the rigging pins that follow, in the NLG free-fall system: (Ref. Fig. 502/TASK 32-33-00-991-011)

the PIN 1 RIGGING PIN (98A32301000000) in the NLG uplock
-
the PIN 2 RIGGING PIN (98A32301000000) in the NLG vent valve
-
the PIN 4 RIGGING PIN (98A32301000000) in the NLG door uplock.
(2)
Install the rigging pins that follow, in the MLG free-fall system: (Ref. Fig. 505/TASK 32-33-00-991-013)
-
the PIN 4 and the PIN 8 RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208060) in the MLG uplocks
-
the PIN 5 RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208060) in the MLG cut-out valve
-
the PIN 6 and the PIN 9 RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208060) in the MLG door uplocks
-
the PIN 10 RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208040) in the MLG vent valve.
(3)
If you cannot install any one of the above rigging pins you must adjust the appropriate free-fall system:
-
for the NLG system (Ref. TASK 32-33-00-820-002)
-
for the MLG system (Ref. TASK 32-33-00-820-004).
(4)
Remove all of the rigging pins that you installed in the NLG and the MLG free-fall systems.
(5)
Put the adjustable access platform in position:
-
for the MLG, below zone 734(744)
-
for the NLG, below zone 713(714).

(6) Do this test:
