(1) Do a functional test of the L/G Normal Extension and Retraction system (Ref. TASK 32-31-00-720-002).

R (1) Make sure that the GROUND SAFETY LOCK is installed on the NLG (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-001).

Make sure that the GROUND LOCK SLEEVE (460005833) or the GROUNDLOCK SLEEVE (460007280) is installed on each MLG lockstay actuator.
(3)
Disconnect the hydraulic ground power-supply from the GREEN ground-service panel on panel 197CB.
(4)
De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
